  • Customer/supplier financial info

We may store your data for the following reasons:

  • Contractual and billing purposes, account management

  • To maintain an approved supplier list for services and products

How we store your data:

Your data is stored securely, either on premises in Aberdeen or on our server, and access is restricted to those employees and third parties who have a business need to know.  Our security measures prevent your personal data being accessed and used in an unauthorised way.

Data retention:

Data is kept in accordance with our internal Archiving Procedure which states that data will be removed/destroyed after a set period of time (please email info@tymor-marine.com for further details).  Personal data for recruitment will be kept on file, with permission from applicant, until such time that we no longer have a requirement for it, or they request it is removed.

Data breaches:

As a data controller, Tymor Marine Ltd has obligations under GDPR to notify the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the event of the loss or unauthorised access, disclosure or acquisition of personal data we hold (known as a data breach).

Your rights:
